The physical aspects of the equipment comprise the following:

• Strong PVC honey comb design of the fills and drift eliminator ensures maximum heat transfer
• Uniform distribution throughout the fill area through stationary type water distribution system with branch pipes & PP spray nozzles
• Axial flow type fan made of cast aluminum alloy that is FRP bladed and is directly coupled to electric motor which saves from perennial headache of V-belt/gear drive
• Fan drive motor is TE, IP-55 weather proof, class F insulation
• Maintenance and periodical checking of various components of the tower are done through Inspection/access window that does not disturb the normal working of the tower
